3 Children: $35/hr
4+ Children: $38/hr
Weekends & Evenings (Fri–Sun or after 11pm)
Add +$3/hr premium (Rates: $35 / $38 / $41)
Special Needs (ASD, ADHD, behavioral, medically complex):
$38–$45/hr
Minimums: 4-hour booking minimum.
Over 10 hours: +$5/hr nanny overtime premium.

Temporary nanny’s hourly salary is $18-20 per hour, depending on the childcare provider’s level of experience and the number and ages of children. Rate is determined at the beginning of the search.
